POST RENOVATION

• Outside of all cupboards and draws cleaned

• All countertops are cleaned

• Backsplash cleaned

• The hood range frame is cleaned. "We do not take vents out to clean."

• The stove top is cleaned

• Outside of all appliances cleaned/polished

• Sinks and faucets are cleaned and dried

• All paint and other construction spills are removed from surfaces 

• any protective plastic on surfaces removed

• Windowsills and inside windows and screens are cleaned

• Blinds wet wiped (if the material allows if blinds are worn, we will not wet clean)

• Picture frames and exposed shelves are dusted

• toe kick plate cleaned (the piece underneath the cabinet leading to the floor)

• Baseboards hand cleaned, other trims dry dusted with a swiffer 

• Inside and outside of cabinets and drawers (if empty)

• All light fixtures, light switches and outlet plate covers cleaned

• Kitchen table and chairs, including dusting legs

• Carpets and mats are vacuumed

• All flooring is vacuumed and moped

• All furniture and knick-knacks are dusted

• All light fixtures and ceiling fans dry dusted

• Light switches and outlet plate covers wet cleaned

• All Cobwebs removed

• Remotes dusted

• Mirrors cleaned

• All horizontal edges dusted

• Tops of couch cushions and other fabric furniture are vacuumed. (if applicable)

• Walls dry dusted

• Windows, windowsills and screens cleaned

• Vents dusted

• All split paint and other construction spills are cleaned

• inside cabinets and drawers cleaned (if empty)

• All paint and construction mess cleaned from surfaces

• Any protective plastic on surfaces removed

• Any furniture the vacuum doesn’t fit under will be Swiffer under

• Baseboards hand wiped. Any other trim dry dusted with Swiffer

• All area rugs and mats are vacuumed

• All pet furniture is vacuumed

• All flooring is vacuumed and mopped

• Cobwebs removed

• All shelves/ledges and knick-knacks are dusted

• Ceiling fans dusted; light fixtures/light switches/outlets dusted

• Furniture/shelves dusted

• Items on furniture dusted, including keyboards, backs and tops of computers.

• Inside windows/window sills cleaned blinds wet cleaned if able to

• walls dry dusted

• All protective plastic removed from surfaces

• All mirrors are cleaned

• Under all furniture that the vacuum doesn't fit will be Swifferd

• All mats and rugs, and pet furniture are vacuumed

• All flooring is vacuumed and mopped

• Shower and or baths scrubbed clean and dried

• all spilt construction materials removed

• All protective covers are removed from surfaces

• walls dry dusted

• All faucets are wiped and polished

• Windows, windowsills, and screens cleaned

• All glass and mirrors are cleaned

• Light fixtures dusted (we do not take apart light fixtures to clean them.)

• Vanity thoroughly cleaned (sinks, front of cupboards and draws.)

• Cabinets and drawers cleaned if empty

• Backsplash cleaned

• Toilets are thoroughly cleaned outside and in

• The wall beside and behind the toilet is cleaned

• Baseboards are hand cleaned

• Any exposed shelves are dusted

• With bags provided by the client

• Both sides of the Door are dusted. Marks and build-up hand wiped

• Floors vacuumed and moped
